Founded by Luke & Aled, Adref, a small Pembrokeshire building company, began with a simple mission: to build homes that stand the test of time and to treat every project as if it were our own. Whether it’s a new build, a high-end renovation, or a custom home designed around a client’s unique vision, we bring the same dedication, attention to detail, and local craftsmanship to every job.
Over the years, we’ve developed a strong reputation for delivering quality work on time and with care. We’re now expanding into luxury developments and bespoke projects, bringing our experience and eye for detail into some of Pembrokeshire’s most prestigious homes.

2020
Adref Construction was founded by Luke Jones & Aled Harries, starting locally in Pembrokeshire with small renovation and extension projects.
2021
Adref expands its team, takes on larger new-build residential projects, and begins building a strong reputation as a Pembrokeshire-based construction company, known for quality and reliability.
2022
Adref hits £1 million turnover and expands to a full team of 15, with dedicated project managers, site supervisors, and specialist trades.
Focus shifts to high-end renovations and custom luxury builds in some of Pembrokeshire’s most desirable locations.
2024
Adref positions itself as a leading construction company in the region for bespoke residential projects, continuing to grow through referrals and reputation.
